Where Every Voice Shapes the Future of Healthcare
At CRS, we believe that diversity is a powerful driver of success. By bringing together teams with varied perspectives and experiences, we achieve more impactful and inclusive outcomes in clinical research.
Our diverse teams enable us to:
Diversity isn’t just a value-it’s the key to creating meaningful, real-world impact in healthcare.
At CRS Clinical Research Services, diversity isn't just a corporate initiative - it's woven into our DNA. Walking through our clinics in Berlin, Mannheim, and Kiel, you'll hear conversations in multiple languages, witness collaboration between researchers from diverse backgrounds, and see how different perspectives converge to create breakthrough solutions in clinical research.
We believe that groundbreaking medical research happens when diverse voices come together. From our clinic staff who reflect and understand our local communities to our balanced C-suite leadership, every team member brings unique insights that enhance our research and patient care.
Whether you’re a researcher, healthcare professional, or industry partner, you’ll find a place at CRS where your unique perspective is valued and your voice helps shape the future of healthcare.
Together, we’re not just conducting clinical research-we’re building a more inclusive and effective healthcare future for everyone.
Our Berlin clinic stands as a testament to our commitment to women’s health research, an area that has too often been overlooked in medical studies. Here, we’re not just conducting trials – we’re reshaping how women’s healthcare needs are understood and addressed. We are dedicated to advancing women’s health research to create a more equitable healthcare for all.
Despite making up half of the global population, women’s health issues have historically been underrepresented in clinical research. At CRS Berlin, we’re changing this narrative by:
While our Berlin facility leads our women’s health initiatives, our clinics in Mannheim and Kiel complement this mission with their own specialized focus areas. Together, our three locations form a comprehensive network that:
Through our dedicated approach, we’re:
At CRS, our commitment to diversity isn’t just a statement – it’s visible in our everyday leadership. With women making up half of our C-suite, including our CEO Elisabeth Lackner and our Chief Commercial Officer & Chief DEI Officer Catherine Canales, we’re proud to be setting new standards for gender equality in the healthcare industry.
Our balanced executive team isn’t just about statistics – it’s about bringing different perspectives to every decision we make. By combining commercial leadership with diversity and inclusion initiatives under Catherine Canales’s dual role, we ensure that DEI principles are deeply integrated into our business strategy and growth:
When diverse leadership becomes the norm:
Our diverse leadership team helps create an environment where:
Throughout my career, I’ve seen how diversity drives innovation in healthcare. But seeing the path and creating it are two different things. That’s why I’m passionate about empowering women to lead – whether through my collaboration with Noble Manhattan Coaching and the foundation of a Female Leadership Program, my work with the Healthcare Businesswomen Association, or helping women negotiate their worth through NoGap, a practice I founded. I am also an active advocate against maternity penalty and sexism in the workplace.
When we empower diverse voices, we don’t just break glass ceilings – we build better solutions for everyone.
